Hotel Astrid - Casablanca

The location is ideal for exploring the city. I enjoyed a lovely walk to the nearby Habous area. Having a comfortable little balcony was a good addition for relaxing after my adventures.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was favourable and near to main attractions and tram stop, the pedestrian street for shopping, and the Center of Casablanca. Booked a room with balcony. The staff there were accommodating and superfriendly.

Appreciated the way our guest room with balcony was arranged. This accommodation was in the very central location close-ish to a tram stop.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Having to remind the receptionist about the air-conditioning is such a hassle!!! The payment process could be much more efficient if they accepted card payments without any issues!!!

The setting is MARVELLOUS and decent, adjacent to the economical capital of Marocco, the downtown, and many restaurant or cafe.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and bus station. I loved the spacious room with a nice terrace. The bathroom was clean, and the hotel's entrance and corridors were well-decorated. Staff were very accommodating. The air conditioning remote was initially not working, and when I finally received it, the AC only worked for a brief period before leaking water in the room. Sleeping in the heat was uncomfortable. The pillows were not suitable, and I had to use my arms to find a comfortable position. Internet access was absent in the rooms, a big drawback for travelers. If these issues were addressed, it could significantly enhance the stay experience.

Great traditional aesthetic, but.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the tram station and a vibrant downtown area filled with Art Deco architecture. The spacious room was like a little oasis after exploring the nearby attractions. We also loved the little balcony that provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a day out.

The internet access was absent in the rooms, making it difficult to connect with friends.

Hotel Astrid boasts a great location with spacious rooms and polite staff. Breakfast is a good bargain for its quality!

Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Great central location near tram and restaurants. I enjoyed the balcony view over the square.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was unreliable, leaking water was great. Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, inconvenient for staying connected .

The excellent location made it easy for us to explore the city with our kids, including a lovely walk to the nearby olive market. The private terrace was a hit, offering a chill spot to unwind after our adventures. We enjoyed the clean, comfy space with its generous room size.

My wife says that it would be nice to have more family-friendly amenities for the kids.
